How lip waxing works

Preparing and what to expect
Before your appointment make sure the hair is at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) so the wax can grip effectively. The price for this service is $10. We offer evening and weekend appointments to suit commuters and families; demand rises in June, July and December for summer and holiday seasons.

Aftercare and follow-up
After lip waxing avoid heat, heavy sweating, sun exposure, and exfoliating products for 24–48 hours to reduce irritation. Keep the area clean and moisturized; gentle care helps the skin calm down and reduces the chance of bumps. If you have concerns about sensitivity, let your esthetician know so they can adjust their approach.
Results generally last about 3–5 weeks; with regular appointments many clients notice finer, sparser regrowth over time. If irritation or persistent issues occur, schedule a follow-up so we can review aftercare and timing. Return visits are best when hair has regrown to the recommended length for effective removal.
