For best results arrive with about 1/4 inch of hair growth. Avoid exfoliating, tanning, or shaving 24–48 hours prior. The esthetician will cleanse and prep the area; wear loose clothing afterward to minimize friction and irritation.

Discomfort varies, but sugaring is gentler than waxing for many clients. Our technique removes hair in the direction of growth, reducing tugging. Expect brief sensitivity; experienced estheticians work quickly to minimize pain and calm the skin.

A full service usually takes 20–40 minutes depending on hair density and whether it’s your first visit. Time includes consultation, cleansing, sugaring, and short aftercare guidance. First appointments may run slightly longer.

Aftercare helps healing: avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, tight clothes, and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Use a gentle moisturizer or aloe and avoid exfoliation for two days. Mild redness is normal and fades within a day or two.

Sugaring is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but sensitivity may increase. Inform your esthetician and your healthcare provider if concerned. We can adapt pressure and technique to keep you comfortable throughout any trimester.

Schedule every 4–6 weeks initially to maintain smoothness. As hair becomes finer and regrowth slows, many clients extend appointments to 6–8 weeks. Consistent treatments reduce density and often make sessions quicker and less sensitive.
