Some discomfort is normal, but sugaring is generally gentler than waxing. We use temperature-controlled paste and experienced technicians to minimize pain. Numbing creams can be discussed, and sensitivity decreases with regular treatments.

Exfoliate lightly 24–48 hours before, avoid heavy moisturizers the day of, and ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long. Hydrate and wear comfortable clothing; arrive clean without oils or lotions on the treatment area.

Most clients experience three to six weeks of smoothness before regrowth begins. Rates vary by hair cycle and genetics; with consistent treatments, hair returns finer and sparser, often lengthening the time between appointments.

Yes. Sugaring removes hair in the direction of growth and exfoliates, which lowers ingrown hairs and irritation compared to shaving. Regular treatments and gentle at-home exfoliation further decrease bumps and keep the skin smoother.

Certain skin conditions, sunburn, recent chemical peels, isotretinoin use, open wounds, or active infections may preclude sugaring. Disclose medications and skin issues during booking so we can advise or reschedule for client safety.
